Description: The module’s main objective is to summarize basic aspects of operational legal provisions in the maritime domain and outline key points of ROE procedures and implementation.

Objectives: Upon completion trainees will be able to:

1. Classify main sources of operational law apllicable at sea.
2. Describe basic principles of OpLaw.
3. Illustrate the general ROE process.
4. Examine ROE implementation with operational examples.

The duration of the module is 4 training hours.
