  1. Maintain NMIOTC provision of training to Allies and Partner Nations and Non NATO Entities (NNE’s).
  2. Focus on the protection of NMIOTC trainees and NMIOTC personnel and their families.
  3. Stay vigilant and act responsibly, focusing on implementing preventive measures.

Basic Protective Measures Against the Coronavirus (COVID 19)

As of 1st December 2020, and in accordance with the National regulations and the NMIOTC COM order dated 2nd April 2021, NMIOTC will deliver training to the trainees/students traveling to the Center from certain regions and countries.

Military personnel and foreigners who enter Greece with a Travel Order  are obliged to acquire a Negative RT-PCR COVID-19 test, 48 hours before their arrival in Greece.

The NATO Maritime Interdiction Operational Training Center (NMIOTC) has scheduled to resume in-resident education and training iaw Hellenic Authorities’

de-escalation plan.

 

NMIOTC intentions are to:

 

  1. Restart provision of training to Allies, Partner Nation and Non NATO Entities (NNE’s).
  2. Focus on the protection against the spread of Coronavirus of trainees, NMIOTC personel as well as local community.
  3. Stay vigilant and act responsibly if/when necessary.
  4. Implement National Health Authorities Protection protocol and national travel policy.
  5. Improve preventive measures.
