Visit of NSHQ – NSOS Delegation
From 18 to 19 of May 2022, a delegation from NSHQ (NATO Special Operations Headquarters) – NSOS (NATO Special Operations School), headed by Mr Sean Babbitt, Deputy Director NSOS, visited NMIOTC premises.

From 9 to 20 May 2022 the NMIOTC Maritime Sniper Course was conducted at NMIOTC premises and in the broader area of Chania, Crete.
The ΝΜΙΟΤC Coordinating Board (NCB) was convened from 18 to 19 of May 2022 at NMIOTC premises chaired by HNGS Representative, Captain Michail Paraskevopoulos GRC (N) and co-chaired by ACT Representative, Commander George Fragkiadakis GRC (N), while ACO participated through the presence of MARCOM Representative, Commander Frank Grothusen DEU (N).
On Thursday 12th of May 2022, a delegation from US EUCOM (US European Command) -ICITAP (International Criminal Investigation Training Assistance Program) headed by Captain Rae Scott USCG visited NMIOTC premises.
On Thursday 21st April 2022, a Congressional Delegation (CODEL) headed by Rep. Frank Pallone (D-NJ), Chairman of Committee on Energy and Commerce, visited NATO Maritime Interdiction Operational Training Center (NMIOTC) premises.
On Thursday 14th April 2022, the Minister of Defence Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos and the Chief of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff General Konstantinos Floros hosted the visit of a Congressional Delegation (CODEL) consisting of Rep Salud Carbajal (D-CA), Rep Rick Larsen (D-WA) and Rep Tony Gonzales (R-TX), at the NATO Maritime Interdiction Operational Training Center (NMIOTC).
