ACT’s “Maritime Information Services Conference 22”
From 8th to 11th November 2022, the Maritime Information Services Conference (MISC 22), organized by the Allied Command Transformation (ACT), was conducted at the NMIOTC premises.

On 23rd October 2022, an excursion to Argiroupolis village and the surrounding landscapes for the NMIOTC Staff members and their families took place. This Team Bonding activity, as implementation of the NMIOTC Team Building Concept, is primarily focused on strengthening the relationships and the bonds within the NMIOTC Team. During the excursion, the staff members and their families had the opportunity of relaxing, communicating and enjoying the local gastronomy.
From 10th to 21st October 2022 the Course 17000 was conducted through Advance Distancing Learning (ADL) and in-person at NMIOTC’s premises.
From 10th to 14th of October 2022, the Resident Course 12000 “C-IED in Maritime Interdiction Operations” was conducted at the NMIOTC premises. This “NATO Approved” Course fills an operational gap in capability and contributes to operations conducted by Boarding Teams when searching and exploiting evidence, which are fundamental to the C-IED process.
From 3rd to 7th of October 2022, the Resident Course 25000 “Drafting Production and Maintenance of NATO Standards”, was conducted at the NMIOTC premises.
From 3rd to 14th of October 2022 the Resident Course 2000 “Boarding Team Theoretical Issues” and Course 3000 “Boarding Team Practical Issues” were conducted in tandem at NMIOTC premises.
