From 8th to 19th April 2024, the NMIOTC Maritime Sniper Course was conducted at the Centre’s premises and in the broader area of Chania, Crete.

From 13th to 14th April 2024 NMIOTC delivered Visit Board Search and Seizure (VBSS) tailored training with a Mobile Education and Training Team (METT) to the participants of Exercise SEA SHIELD 24, in Constanta, Romania.

On Friday, April 19th, 2024, the European Union Member States’ Ambassadors in Athens, headed by the Ambassador of Belgium in Athens, H.E. Marc Calcoen, visited NMIOTC.

From Monday 8th to Friday 12th April 2024, NMIOTC, as a NATO Education and Training Facility (NETF) and continuum member of Military Strategic Partnership (MSP), participated with a three staff officer delegation in the “Military Strategic Partnership Conference 2024 (MSPC 24)”, organized and conducted by SHAPE Partnership Directorate (PD), in Sarajevo, Bosnia and Herzegovina.

From 8th to 12th of April 2024, the Course 29000 “Detection and Identification of WMD (CBRN Materials) in Maritime Interdiction”, was successfully conducted at the NMIOTC premises.

From 1st to 5th of April 2024, the NMIOTC Course 6000 “Weapons of Mass Destruction in Maritime Interdiction Operations (WMD in MIO)”, was conducted at NMIOTC premises.
