From 13 to 17 of February 2023, NMIOTC conducted the Pilot Course 30000 “NATO Identity Intelligence Analyst in a Complex Environment Course”.
On Friday 10th Feb 2023, the Minister of Defence Nikolaos Panagiotopoulos and the Chief of the Hellenic National Defence General Staff General Konstantinos Floros hosted a US Congressional Delegation (CODEL) headed by Representative Mike Rogers (R-AL), Chairman of the House Armed Service Committee, at the NATO Maritime Interdiction Operational Training Center (NMIOTC).
On February 18nd 2023 ,fifty-nine( 59) Naval Cadets escorted by one Staff Officer visited NMIOTC’s premises in the context of their education and training trip.
On Thursday 2nd of February, Mr. Joshua Huck, Office Director of the Office of Southern European Affairs, Bureau of European and Eurasian Affairs, escorted by Mr. Jim Morris, Political Counselor, U.S. Embassy Athens, Greece,the Co of NSA Souda Bay Cpt (N) Odin Klug visited the NATO Maritime Interdiction Operational Training Center (NMIOTC) premises.
NMIOTC’s Annual Information Meeting (AIM) and Advisory Board (NAB), chaired by NMIOTC Commandant, were held at the Center’s premises on Thursday 2 rd February 2023.
On Monday 23rd of January 2023, the Defence Attaché of the United Kingdom to Athens Captain Alex Bush RN along with the Departing UK Liaison Officer Cdr Beth Kitchen RN and the new UK Liaison Officer Cdr Jason Douglas RN, visited the NMIOTC premises, on the occasion of the UK Liaison Officer handover process.
