From 4th to 8th of November 2024, twenty one (21) members of the Command and the Boarding Team from the Romanian Navy Frigate ‘Regele Ferdinand’ (F221) executed a pre-deployment tailored training delivered by NMIOTC, prior to joining the NATO Operation ‘Sea Guardian’.
From 11th to 15th of November 2024, NMIOTC run the pilot iteration of the Course 32000 “MIO in Maritime Oil and Gas Assets”.
From 12 to 13 of November 2024, the NMIOTC Commandant paid an official visit to the American University in the Emirates (AUE), in order to sign a bilateral Educational Cooperation Agreement between the Centre and the AUE.
From Mon 21 Oct to Fri 08 Nov 24, a three (3) week Tailored Training package in the field of Contemporary Maritime Interdiction, was provided to 19 members of the Mauritanian (MRT) Navy, in support of NATO’s DCB for MRT.
From 14th to 25th October 2024 the Course 17000 was conducted through a combination of Advanced Distributed Learning (ADL) and in-person attendance at NMIOTC’s premises.
