From 9th to 20th October 2023 the Course 17000 was conducted through Advance Distancing Learning (ADL) and in-person at NMIOTC’s premises.
From 16th to 20th October 2023 the Course 14000 “Maritime IED Disposal (M-IEDD)” was conducted at NMIOTC’s premises.
From 14th to 15th October 2023, a Mobile Education and Training Team (METT) delivered Visit Board Search and seizure (VBSS) tailored training to the boarding teams participating in Exercise BREEZE 23 (Varna, Bulgaria).
From 9th to 13th of October 2023, the Resident Course 12000 “C-IED in Maritime Interdiction Operations” was conducted at the NMIOTC premises. This “NATO Approved” Course fills an operational gap in capability and contributes to operations conducted by Boarding Teams when searching and exploiting evidence, which are fundamental to the C-IED process.
From 2nd to 6th of October 2023, the Resident Course 25000 “Drafting Production and Maintenance of NATO Standards”, was conducted at the NMIOTC premises.
From 27th to 28th September 2023, the 7th NMIOTC Conference on Cyber Security in Maritime Domain took place at the NMIOTC premises.
