Course 16000 “Maritime Aspects of Joint Operations”

From 7 to 11 September 2026, the NATO Maritime Interdiction Operational Training Centre conducted the 2026 iteration of its resident Course 16000 “Maritime Aspects of Joint Operations”, hosting nine (9) participants representing Finland, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands and Türkiye.
The objective of the course is to familiarize Staff Officers of various professional backgrounds with maritime aspects of Joint Operations.
The course was delivered with the support of instructors and augmenters from HQ MARCOM, HNDGS and HNGS.
