Course 32000 “MIO in Maritime Oil and Gas Assets”

From 10^th to 14^th of November 2025, NMIOTC conducted the 1^st iteration of Course 32000 “MIO in Maritime Oil and Gas Assets”. The aim of this course is to train security and MIO planners to understand and assess security threats to offshore oil and gas assets and to support the effective planning of MIO, considering operational, technical and safety characteristics of oil and gas assets while applying advanced security assessment methodologies.

The course was attended and successfully completed by sixteen (16) trainees coming from five (5) Nations (Belgium, Greece, Malta, Romania and USA).
